Is it? Yahoo's business model is shot. They may drop even further if indifference from Microsoft is perceived.
I suspect that they are about as low as they are likely to get. MS still has money set aside that it could use, and they would be in a much stronger position than before because the Yahoo running Yahoo is so desparate now that they can pretty much dictate terms.
