We don't know exactly what causes a flare up on the Sun. But on the internet we have a pretty good idea of what flamable material is: 9-year-old earns accolade as Microsoft pro[^] Techie#1: hey I am MCP certified Techie#2: lol even a 9yr old can pass that test

Holy mother, this girl really needs to be exposed to the outside world a bit more: "Karim, now 10, met with Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates last week--an experience she later described as second only to visiting Disneyland." C'mon, the guy's loaded, he's donated a bunch to the poor, but comparable to Disneyland?

"A Pakistani girl has qualified as a Microsoft Certified Professional at the age of 9." Way to go girl and to the father who introduced her to computer. Even if she's probably from a privileged family, if she can grow up to be a role model for other women (and men), it will be a good thing. Hopefully she will not be married to a moron, murdered, violated or drenched in acid.

Pass. I really don't think he's that interesting. Last night on PBS there was an interview with him by Charlie Rose (who's mildly annoying, but that's a separate issue), and frankly I just don't get where people rant and rave about the guy's "brilliance". Smart, bright, sure thing. Brilliant? I don't think so.
