This question seems to be about ASP.net so find Asp.net board(it's the first link) and click on it. Post your question there. Posting programming questions in the "Lounge"(here) which is designed for members to rest and discuss anything but technical programming questions disturbs others and also you'll fail finding an appropriate solution.

Well AFAIK, the red color is used to show the warning, show it may reduce the number of post but I am not saying that it will stop people significantly. To stop people, there should be some post moderators role in place, like they should approve the post before publishing it and if it not appropriate then reject it. (But still I don't know how it works on CodeProject)
