What should be the structure of folder in asp.net web application development

I have developed a web application using asp.net. I have used different folders for different pages for example i put aspx pages in one folder and aspx.cs pages in other folder. Will it affect my website performance.

Its all preference... i usually keep mine together same folder and let vs manage it.
