Very cool, and well deserved! As an aside, I'm really surprised that a magazine named Visual Studio Journal handed out so many awards to Visual Studio. But then, I don't get out much...

They should start calling this award the codeproject.com award. Congrats CP!

Huh, Google was a contestant in the "Web resource for developers" section? I find the nomination very odd. Ok, ok we find a lot of useful thing using google, but they are just a tool for searching, they don't create content. Or was it refering to Google Groups?

It is the Visual Systems Journal. Look here[^]. It's not a bad magazine considering the price. Does more than MS and VS. I have found it useful, for instance I was having problems getting my head round LINQ, then I read a series of articles they ran, round Sept/Oct last year. Now I understand just enough to be dangerous. :)

I think it's a fine magazine. I seem to recall reading it when it first came out (very thin at the time). Perhaps they changed the name after they got going from Studio to System. Or perhaps I'm just having a drug flashback. One never knows...
