Code Project Wins Visual Systems Journal Award (again)

It is the Visual Systems Journal. Look here[^]. It's not a bad magazine considering the price. Does more than MS and VS. I have found it useful, for instance I was having problems getting my head round LINQ, then I read a series of articles they ran, round Sept/Oct last year. Now I understand just enough to be dangerous. :)

I think it was always Visual Systems Journal. Perhaps you are confusing it with Visual Studio Magazine[^]? VSJ used to provide a good sprinkling of Java stuff but it seems even more MS-centric these days. Nonetheless it's a good mag.

Huh, Google was a contestant in the "Web resource for developers" section? I find the nomination very odd. Ok, ok we find a lot of useful thing using google, but they are just a tool for searching, they don't create content. Or was it refering to Google Groups? :confused:

They probably mean its MSDN equivalent - Google Code[^].

Congrats to all the CPians. One thing I found odd there is ASP.Net is runner up in Best web development software category. Is it a software? I dont think so.
