I am saving for next years holiday to Vietnam. I would like to know if there is an application where I can type in an English Phrase, and the computer will turn it into Vietnamese. I need to explain, I know there are English-Vietnamese translations available, but I cannot read Vietnamese and the various accents and tildes and circumflexes are a mystery to me. What I am after is something that will Say Out Loud In Vietnamese what I type in English. I have googled and have had zero luck.

Just import a Vietnamese girl from a mail order bride service, teach her English in the time available, and take her along on the trip.
