Product recommendation

I am looking for a good, and espcially customizable, store I can integrate with an ASP.NET application. What good products are there out there?

I think Magento [^]is one of the better open source carts. Seems to be very flexible, which is part of the reason it also has a high learning curve and needs better product batch import tools.
