It is a very common dish on the menus of UK 'Indian' Restaurants, and as most of them are run by either Pakistani or Bangladeshi folks, that would make sense.

Unless you are in some really big city like Bombay or New Delhi, most Indian towns and cities only serve regional (local) food. I've read the receipe and it includes whole habaneros stuffed with naga, so yes, it will be an eye-watering experience. :doh:

I suspect El Corazon would too....:rolleyes: Personally I know from experience that nagas are evil little things (we've a jar of naga paste lurking - and I mean lurking - in the fridge...) so I tend to stick to habaneros and our home grown varieties[^] (Thai Sun and Numex Twilight) when we're cooking. :) Damn, all this talk of curry is giving me the munchies! :doh:
