3 - which, as I thought (at first) it was a vote-your-selection thing, is why you just got a 3 vote...
Java, Basic, who cares - it's all a bunch of tree-hugging hippy cr*p
you can override your vote by revoting (just saying ;P )

None. I don't do web work. In fact, it's more than 6 months since I wrote any production code that's not SQL.
Cheers, Vikram. (Proud to have finally cracked a CCC!)

1 & 6. Although I have to agree with what was said previously; it's the layout that determines how easy it is to understand. Tony

What's a CSS?
Cascading Style Sheets - a technique for being able to globally change styles of text etc. Now replaced by a more efficient method of using tables and hard coded HTML local styles. This new development has a major advantage of preventing global changes to a web site, and at the same time improving job security for web designers and compatibility with IE4 :)

7. Hungarian And also, ahem, "Please do not post programming questions here." :-D :-D
1. It wasn't a 'plz send codez' question, it was a 'what do you prefer?' question. 2. He didn't ask us to do his homework. He has a staff to do that for him now. 3. He's the freakin' site moderator and owner; if he wants to violate the rules, post pr0n, or convert everything to Klingon, he can do so.

Tag specific classes in lower case (
, , etc.). Classes are either in PascalCase or camelCase. Usually camel, though mostly lowercase as I use single word names for most classes. This is mostly at-home stuff. I haven't done any "professional" site-design work yet. :) Flynn

2 seems the most natural to me. Variety in formats for names makes for mistakes in coding, logic, and display. I have not found where camel case does not apply. I can see 4 as a good alternative, but the upper case/lower case confusion starts to creep in. I guess it is what you are used to.

I was using 3 (MyClass), but since I start learning and now most commonly use JS in sites, I use 2 (myClass). It is extremely readable (but depends on the font I use)
