You had better not. I like ScrewTurn wiki a lot and if you take it away, I'm affraid I shall have to track you down and I will have such revenges on you, that all the world shall--I will do such things,-- what they are, yet I know not: but they shall be the terrors of the earth., as the Bard put it :-D

:-D You'd better track down FSF: they say "thou shalt not use Windows".

I agree. I've been seriously considering putting something on my project's website that clearly distances myself from idiots like this. What a bunch of idiots.

They have a nerve complaining about the quality of microsoft code and then produce such a buggy site

Go away and research the subject, analyze the options for and against, understand the problem and them come back when you agree with me.

Aint it just, the sliding doohiky that moves as you select the links on the main menu displays appaulingly. I can make out the bottom half of their logo and a load of text that's clearly missing. This is in FF3.5.2, hilariously, that part of the site works in IE8!

DRM in Windows only has effect if you have *purchased* DRM-protected media. I've never purchased DRM-protected media for this reason.

Nor do I, but should it be there in the first place? IMO it shouldn't - it's more like something to put in DVD player software (which will then of course be hacked, which I won't say is bad)

Well the problem is with Blu-Ray discs manufacturers (Microsoft, for once, is not included): they require HDCP for playing HD movies which in turns requires the video and display drivers (and the monitor of course) to explicitly support HDCP, thus the need for some hooks in the operating system. That's the reason why you cannot play Blu-Ray movies on GNU/Linux.

And he's so daunted by the prowess of the Mighty Microsoft that his brain has been fried. He can't think of anything to make money for himself. Complete Moron!

I really will never understand why there is so much people in the world that are completely pro-Linux or completely pro-windows... I like both of them, having Red Hat 5 in my server has saved me a lot of money and it works like charm (when it doesn't want to kick me in the a##), and having all the workstations in windows gives me easiness and compatibility with all the apps that everyone out there uses (but users are always crappy even if things are easy)... But this is only my opinion and the way I work, aaaaaaand I don't want to make any other to think like me, I've chosen and if other people wants to take a side its their problem... What I feel ridiculous is this amount of stupid things that Microsoft guys say about open source and the amount of stupid things the open source guys say of Microsoft... (of course it is more frequent to listen to that last case). Now I'll go back to my job...
