      Neat. If I had an iphone I would try this out.

        As a clarification, it is NOT .NET on iPhone. All it enables you to do is the write iPhone apps using C# and other .NET languages. It is cool but I did not find it much useful as I find using Objective-C much easier.

            Yeah, I was pretty excited about that until I read the following in the FAQ:

            Do I need a Mac to use MonoTouch?

            MonoTouch requires a Mac and Apple's iPhone SDK to test on the emulator and deploy on the device. And you will need to be an Apple iPhone developer to deploy on the device.

            Guess I'll have to wait a little longer before I can use Windows to program for the iPhone.

            Visual Studio is an excellent GUIIDE.
