    Welcome back!

Personally, I love the idea that Raymond spends his nights posting bad regexs to mailing lists under the pseudonym of Jane Smith. He'd be like a super hero, only more nerdy and less useful. [Trevel]

That's a pity. I'll be in London a few times over the next month, perhaps you can make it up there and we can meet up.

Hmm. Let's see: The place is still hamster-powered. The little buggers have merged into a Borg-like collective. The Lounge has become infested with "Why <var> sucks" threads. Rama is countering with his "Post Positive™" movement. There is a regretable tendency to start pun threads at the drop of a hat. Any hat. Hats in Cleveland, for gosh's sakes. Some of the regulars have left. Some are still here. The same goes for the irregulars. The Soapbox finally exploded from the pressure of its own bile. Chris and Co. are still wiping down the walls.

You'd better cap this off now, before everyone gets fedora'd up with the whole thing.

The only time I know for sure we're in London in the near future is actually next Thursday, when we're there for the Stack Overflow DevDays Conference[^]. We'll also be up at Bletchley Park for the ACCU Security [^] Conference on 7th November. Do you know exactly when you are likely to be in London? If it's anywhere near those two dates we can certainly try to arrange something. :)
