Why do they mention VisualBasic? It sounds... so basic and lousy. Why don't they make up a cool name, something with an X or a high number in it, or the word "turbo", to show they are using something really advanced? None of the average viewers would recognise a fake name anyway...
TurboPascal2010? :)

The X has to be somewhere in the middle of the name (like TurboPascal X-treme 2010), so the programm's logo is centered around a big metallic X from which sparks jump into all directions, so that even the most ignorant viewer realises they are using something really advanced and cool. Since they try to track down an IP, that should probably be TurboPursuitPascal X-Treme 2010 Professional.

Close, but the app-to-have is TurboPursuitPascal X-Treme 2010 Professional Gold Enterprise Team Edition.
