Do you know that you have to pay income tax on things you stole, according to IRS? I am wondering if anybody has done it. :)

Prostitutes are liable for income tax, but surely that lays the taxman open to charges of Pimping, Pandering or Living off immoral earnings?

Taxmen are undead so they cannot live off immoral earnings. Anyway, they are just the collectors of the money. All the money is passed to the government - being convicted of pimping, etc., would be considered an improvement in the reputation of politicians so no lawyer could be found that would prosecute.

Thats no suprise , Al Capone was done on tax evasion on all his 'enterprises'. I think its a brilliant law just right for his type of scum.

The government has been doing this for years.

The politicians wouldn't want them to itemize their deductions and keep a log of who they were used for. It might get interesting.

Yes, if you rob a bank or something to that effect, there is a statute of limitations. If you are not charged within that time, you can admit to the crime without fear of arrest. However, since you probably didn't declare the income when you stole it, you more than likely have fines, etc. building up that exceed the value of what was stolen... Oh, what a tangled web we weave... Tim
