DNN going comercial, alternatives/

I noticed the DotNetNuke seems to be heading down that path of pro versions and limited "personal" versions. What is good out there that has features even close to DNN and is growing? Surely, by now there are many... Oh ya.. ASP.NET ONLY :)

There are bits and pieces but nothing as comprehensive as DNN. Someone needs to re-create DNN in MVC2.

That's a blog engine, not a CMS like DNN.

Again, it's got a retail/lite distribution model, like DNN - a point the OP is complaining about. Besides that, SiteFinity (late last year) had some caveats where DotNet 3.x were concerned.

...yeah, and eventually they stop calling it 'post' and start calling it 'article' and away she goes...or not. I remember you looking for an ASP.Net CMS...did you ever find one?
The telerik thing was all I could find, and they had a bunch of caveats regarding running it on a .net 3.5 box. Not very professional for a .net controls place...

All I got to say is "Umbraco Pro".. Do not like versions that are both commercial and non-commercial. Already burnt by Community Server (deep pocket server) and now DNN.. Guess that is the new open source world of today..
