See. And you blame youngsters for being spoiled. Old ones tempt us and we do it out of respect. ;P On a serious note, that guy was drunk and hence crazy. Someone should have stopped that stupidity.

When people are about to do something truly crazy the only appropriate response is to get filming. Bonus points if you capture some of the incoherent planning stages for prosperity. Then dial the emergency service number on your phone so you only have to press the green button to summon assistance.

I got a drunk friend to agree to train ninja monkeys for me in my world domination schemes. She even signed a contract for it. The look on her face when I showed her the paper a week later was priceless. "WTF?! Okay, that's my drunk signature... You know, if I was stupid and drunk enough to agree to this, you probably could have gotten my pants off... Heck, I've shown people my piercings when less drunk." That was the day I learned that having fun always has a cost associated with it. :((

He doesn't have to. The local taxi company has DD's drinking schedule distributed amongst all drivers during the morning meeting. It wouldn't surprise me if it came accompanied with a CCC for good measure. //L

Alcohol wasn't involved, but only senioritis probably kept me and a few of my HS classmates from blowing ourselves up trying to make a liquid fueled rocket. Last year's class had demonstrated that with enough and big enough model rocket engines you can get a man tall chunk of carpet tubing to fly as high as a little kit rocket. It will also compress by at least 10% length wise if it hits something hard enough. We wanted to have a trophy of our own in the back of the physics room for posterity.
