lol. depends in fact. First of all, I don't eat in the morning (can't get anything in my throat if I get up too early. Secondly, try drinking coffee after you brushed your teeth X| . but idd, who cares it's not like you have to french kiss a colleague. (or at least you shouldn't ;-))

That's what she said! But yeah, can't have breakfast to early, either.

Personally, I love the idea that Raymond spends his nights posting bad regexs to mailing lists under the pseudonym of Jane Smith. He'd be like a super hero, only more nerdy and less useful. [Trevel]

You are horribly, terribly cruel. I admire that in you.

Most of the time you won't be given a chance by the dog(s) (we have 3 labs): Sandy[^], Tundra[^] and Rosie[^]. You mention the work W.A.L.K and they go bananas, you mention the word shooting or go near a cupboard with cartridges or shotguns and they go ballistic. You pick up the business keys which are next to the car keys and they do nothing, they're fast asleep and you pick up the car keys and then go bananas. They're a part of the family so get treated as such, although because my parents run the business from home the dogs tend to get their big walk in the afternoon. Although they'll go out and check animals on the farm and help mum with feeding them in the morning. If they're lucky they get some night-time rabbit hunting in when it gets dark.

In the morning I: 1) Silence alarm clock twice 2) Relieve 3) Brush Teeth 4) Shower 5) Get Dressed 6) Eat Breakfast (no comment about 3 please)) 7) Walk dog 8) Drive to work This morning I switched it up a little and got gas before going to work which is usually an afternoon workflow ... Got a driving award. You see I drove on a road I never take in the morning that looks like a 45 and is really a 35 and well I wasn't driving either.

The trick to even starting the list is having to get up and walk across the bedroom to even turn off the alarm. If I am not fast enough, my wife will start complaining. She, then, has to get up and throw the children out of bed. This leads to the family joke: "Did you wake up grumpy this morning? No, I let my wife wake my teen-aged daughter."

OK, there is a serious absence in your priority list. . .where is the coffee! I have to have no less than 1 cup of coffee while I sit on the coach and wake up, followed by a second to keep me going while I get ready. Of course I am also getting three kids ready and off to school on time as well. THat requires massive amounts of java int he morning. :) T

Going off on a tangent...I used to brush before eating breakfast, but have switched to after because the fluoride in the toothpaste works best when you don't eat or drink after using it. Maybe people should try mouthwash before breakfast and brushing with toothpaste afterwards. Mouthwash seems to be good for killing bacteria under your gums that cause them to recede. Everyone I know seems to have problems with receding gums. I began thinking about all this because apparently the supply of soda in the office has been wearing away at my enamel over the past 3 years. I used to have perfect enamel with no sign of cavities besides one from when I was 11. Now, my dentist says I have some "soft spots". So, I'm switching to tap water as the drink on my desk and Colgate Gel-Kam fluoride treatment at night in addition to fluoride toothpaste. I'm also looking into "remineralising" products that have calcium for rebuilding enamel. The local CVS (in America) didn't have any. Are calcium additives like ACP, Recaldent, or Novamin more popular in other countries like the UK or India? I've often found that Canadians, Brits, Europeans, and Indians all have access to better medical products than we have in the US. It must have to do with regulatory issues or that it's just easier to sucker Americans with high prices for mediocre products.
