So I get a spam mail sent to a bunch of people with the same first name as me. Then I get another, and it was some guy that replied to all, saying he didn't realize there were so many people with the same name as us. (Update: now some of them are messaging each other! :wtf: ) Now if it was for leppie, then I would think so (I just love being able to use the same nick everywhere without it being taken).

That's fairly common - the spammer's just using a database that's sorted alphabetically.

One of my older relatives once sent out an email to me and a bunch of others. The email was spreading propaganda, which I refuted with links and logic. I did a reply all, because I didn't want any of those people forwarding that email on. One of them replied back saying she was interested in me. That ended real quick when we found out our ages were the same when the digits were swapped. Lesson: don't talk to strangers. :~ Alternate lesson learned: I believe I'm going to like older women when I reach their age. :-\

Worse - 100 vs 001 Or in Hex things could get really strange - F1 vs 1F

I hear the female to male ratio at that age is 3 to 1. You know what that means! But actually I was 24 at the time.
