I doubt he even believes it, amongst the things that are deliberate attempts to twist what I've said, are things that don't bear any relation to anything I've ever said. I'm pretty sure that your statement is tantamount to libel - you've gone beyond free speech or a personal attack and moved directly to an unsubstantiated accusation on a highly visible, public web site. I'd be surprised if CG does anything about it (you're simply not worth the effort) but I'm also sure he could if he was ever so inclined.

Yes, it's plain that I could sue him for slander, my problem is that I'd have to prove in court that he's someone who anyone would take seriously ( his being a joke to everyone here undermines the claim of slander ). It may be worth it to force him to take a pysch evaluation, which I'd presume would be part of his defence. I can plainly afford the lawyer, this is actually sounding tempting. To sit in court and hear the defence lawyer go over the proof that his client is mentally ill would be better than winning.....
