I was quite 100% positive that the famous quote "With great power there must also come — great responsibility." was something from star wars (Yoda?). However, it seems to come from Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962), which rings no bell so far. So, I am wondering where I heard that first place.

He asked where he heard it first. I suspect that he's seen the Spider-man movie where Ben Parker says this to Peter (it's the scene where they are sitting in the care shortly before Ben is shot).

Well, I bet you could find screenplays for these, which technically are books. And I also know quotes from books, for instance, mmmhh, " In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.". But that does not fit in the Geek requirement.
