Left my bike at the eatery last night because I drank a whole bottle of Fat Bastard wine (a nice Sauvignon Blanc), and lost my keys on the way home (dropped them in the lounge), so I walked up to see if I left them there. When I walked back home, I found them, but on both occasions I left my helmet on my bike, so having found myy keys, I cannot ride back on my spare bike, but I have to walk back again. It's only a 1km walk one way, but after the Fat Bastard hit me last night, this third 1k walk is looking very unpleasent. I suppose it's better than that last time I rode home pissed and hit a lamp post and nearly broke my collar bone or neck.

as to the Bike, finially got mine ready for the MOT, but on the way to the centre I blew the seal on the rear brake caliper - talk about timing

You probably would because bicycling precludes wearing the stuff that insulated you skin and bones from the road.

As I turn up my music, relax in my comfortable seat, light a cigarette (yes, terrible habit, but not one you can indulge in on a motorbike), and not worry about whose body my kidneys will be inside in a few hours time.

so the car is so good that you need all those other stimulates? taking each in turn, the goldwing had a cd player in the 90s so music is available should you be that way inclined and have you seen the seats on one? I used to smoke in my youth and what do you know I managed it on the bike (open faced helmets dont you know, even had a ciggie lighter fitted) as for kidneys - who on earth would want yours? as for the rest I was looking at a friends Lotus and what do you know, carbon fibre seats, no radio yet a fun machine to drive

no its not average as most Uk riders prefer a sports model over the tourer, so something with a 160mph and sub 11 second quarter mile is far more average (your jags etc are hardly average either, although will admit MR2's were very average)

Even my cheap Chinese Jonway 125cc has a power cord for MP3 player as well as a radio in the front panel.
