I think a parking page is one where you register a Domain and just place a parking page on it. Just to show that it is registered. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_parking[^] While similar what I am talking about is different. The page is actually designed for the sole purpose of attracting the links, whereas a parked page is merely there as an incidental revenue maker.

A link farm is only there to increase traffic to legitimate or illegitimate sites. Also, a distinct practice. I don't know the answer I am just trying to discover it. Maybe I just need to make up a word; that way if I am wrong I will be corrected faster :)

I like it. Especially since it is most relevant when searching for product reviews or press releases. I mean how many sites can copy a press release and fill it with Google Ads! Infinitely many, it seems.

I know exactly what you are talking about! Just the other night I was digging around. Specifically I was looking at sites on Builing your own house. The site I was looking at was a decent read... BUT when ever it got to 'Resources' and such it said Use the Links I have posted bellow.. And his links were clearly Google Ads. I was thinking WTF does he think I will buy into that... Well eventually I did so he was right ;) Pretty good way to design a website.. IF you can do it somewhat minimally, and hide it somewhat. I only clicked once cause the result was not exactly as desired.
Computers have been intelligent for a long time now. It just so happens that the program writers are about as effective as a room full of monkeys trying to crank out a copy of Hamlet.

Its not AdFraud at all. It is a Resource Fraud. It leads you to believe they have a Domain Parking lot but it is really an Ad Parking lot. Not fraud at all for advertising. It is fraud that they claim they know what the heck the links are (since ad links change)
