The rise and fall of Microsoft's UX platform - Part 1[^] WPF dead? So long Silverlight & hello HTML5 + extensions? From what I've read HTML5 isn't quite a flash killer for multiple types of applications. So It will be interesting to see where Microsoft goes with these two technologies.

      Crazy! Oh and Hi Todd!

Climb if you will, but remember that courage and strength are not without prudence, and that a momentary negligence may destroy the happiness of a lifetime. Know nothing in haste; look well to each step; and from the beginning think what may be the end. - Edward Whymper (FA, Matterhorn)

Yeah, and doncha love it - it's one of the two platforms Phone7 provides for 3rd party developers. Is it just me, or do others also get the sense that strategic vision is sadly lacking?

Interesting article. An extension of the one posted a few days ago. One thing bothers me in a 'the lady doth protest too much' sort of way, he does keep on and on about how he isn't writing this stuff to give himself a sense of power etc.

His writing ability really sucks. His blog entry is rife with run-on sentences, poorly executed punctuation, and disjointed thoughts all thrown into a mish-mash of - well - crap. Besides all of that, this is a re-post. :)

He's just completely useless at writing (and appears not to have any punctuation marks on his keyboard).

No. Several WPF commercial applications are now being built, and MS is looking at extending WPF support. Please read my post here[^] on the subject.
