Watched code never compiles.
The design doesn't bother me. Honestly, it's this fashion for "ooh pretty" that has allowed Apple to gain a stranglehold. I'd rather have something functional that works for me, and isn't locked in to the whims of Steve Jobs.

The biggest problem besides the price is, their CUSTOM made JUNK UI skin on top of the Andriod UI (Samsung Wiz or something), why these people (Samsung / HTC) think they can create better UI than google / microsoft, why they are not understanding the difference between hardware and software company. the UI is junk and sluggish. They have ruin the Samsung Galaxy S phones also with this. And unlike HTC there is no way to turn it off. I want the original Android UI. :thumbsdown:

Current versions of Android were not intended for tablets and from what I hear some apps can look pretty crappy. No idea when or if Brin/Page intend to update it. Oh wait, you hate being "locked in to the whims" of others... when do you intend to fix Android's display problems on screens bigger than 5"? ;P
