Hi, Nice that your first real website for "7carpileup" is running smooth but you asked for comments... I would like to see some basic stuff like "About Us", "Contact" , "Fan Shop" , "Images" and perhaps a link to your band YouTube channel, Twitter account and so on just to keep your Fans happy and informed about all events of the moment. But nice work for your first website :)

        With friendly greetings,:) Eric Goedhart

Ok, this probably isn't the type of comments & critisism you asked for ;P Firstly, I'd definitely go see your band if you played locally after seeing the youtube video on the page, great sound! IM[VERY]HO, I would turn down the instrumental just a little on the chorus at :48 a little and have the lead guitar become very loud and bright metal sounding with a strong rhythm that mocks the "Take Me Outa Here" from the intro vocal to help continue the theme and energy from the intro. Also, the section starting at 2:16 should get real "spacy" sounding by using the same upper-register pick-up notes used briefly at 2:26. Also, the lead vocals are really great the entire time, so I'd loose the instrumental that exactly mirrors the melody towards the end, because there is nothing better than a great sounding solo voice I think. Cool site, btw.

Harvey mate, it's always good to see a young metal act promoting themselves. A couple of points though - change the font away from TNR, usability studies have shown that it's better to use sans-serif fonts; secondly, you just seem to have a front page there - what happens when you've added a lot of news? The page is going to become really long and people won't bother looking at older material. Have a look at the myspace page of the band of a mate of mine Minnikin[^] to get an idea of the type of pages you should show (their main site has gone down due to a change of providers, when it's back up, it's a really good example of how to do a band site). Apart from that, keep rocking mate.
