I like some of them. The trouble is though that most USians won't see the irony of the statements, they will think the wearer is being serious.

yes, I believe there were some posts on that page of people who had that issue when they got the shirts. The issue is, how do you caricature a movement that is already a caricature of reality ?

yes, I believe there were some posts on that page of people who had that issue when they got the shirts. The issue is, how do you caricature a movement that is already a caricature of reality ?

The way I read the rules, "I hate America" posts belong in the back room. Or don't they apply to you?

Better go back to playing with your test tubes. Or your testicles. The truth is that there are just many statists on the left as on the right. All of them are ready eager and willing to use the power of government to order those who don't agree with them to live in a manner that will not offend them and to contribute via taxes to the costs of reducing freedom. Whether the lefty wants to force you to feed the poor or the righty wants to censor your books, or the theocrat wants you to worship the only true God using the only acceptable name, it is all about telling people how to think. The tea party is primarily united in its embrace of of fiscal conservatism, not willing to let the feds spend a dime telling you what to think. This, of course, scares the crap out of all statists no matter what political label they claim for themselves so they lie and attribute the motives they have to the tea party.
