Spot the Difference!

Today, I bring you a spot the difference competition. Quite a simple one, but i will give you a clue

I found all three differences. The man picking the skiddies from his arse is wearing a hat in one. There are only 6 empty bottles of scotch by your desk in the first photo, clearly the other 4 have been airbrushed out. and I the first pic, the TV is showing some Scottish Soap Opera (Taek the High Rood?) and in the other it is German Sheisse Porn. I claim my £50 first prize!

I cannot see any difference. That's not surprising though, in the 'after' image there's a damned great structure blocking the view.
