If she's ridiculously good looking, or has one particular feature that everyone notices (be that eyes, butt, boobs, whatever), DON'T compliment her on that feature, but pick some random feature, like "you have the nicest earlobes I've ever seen".

dinner date? no spaghetti. or anything with red sauce hopefully. unless you are adept at noodling.  (the art of eating noodles without slurping or looking like me) cocktail? perfect. coffee? Never for a first date. coffee makes people agitated and raises alertness. as opposed to a nice glass of red wine which helps...lubricate the rough spots :P

Well I planned to go to a Spanish restaurant with Sangria wine and candle lit dinner . I have been there once and food is good and it is quite so hopefully it will be fine . :)

Don't talk about you. Unless asked a specific question. Then you'll have to make something nice up, I guess. :) In fact try to do more listening than talking. If it turns out that she (your date is a she I'm assuming?) is a bit reticent, treat the occasion a bit like you were interviewing a job applicant. Ask open questions etc., etc., etc., without turning it into an interrogation. Good luck and have a great time.:rose:

My advice is be yourself (if she doesn't like the real you it won't last anyway) and don't drink too much (too drunk is not attractive and you tend to lose your judgement). Have fun!

So if, at the end of the night her debits balance her credits, that would sum it up. Tell her you're interested in a trial balance, her journal or yours, and see if that registers. We'll expect a full account, of course.

So if, at the end of the night her debits balance her credits, that would sum it up. Tell her you're interested in a trial balance, her journal or yours, and see if that registers. We'll expect a full account, of course.

To tell you the truth whenever we have a team meeting with Accounts department to discuss what exports they want for their accounting system from the one we are building and when they start talking about credit this and debit that and 10 different kind of bank accounts and I feel like "OMG Why you have to make all this so complicated ? .. Just take the money and go !!! :) ".
