File Replication / Syncronization

I am one of those people that have way too many computers. I have computers all over the place, in the office, at home, at the girlfriends house. Everywhere. Now, I have 3 main computers, my beastly laptop which I use 90% of the time, a second netbook that I ALWAYS have with me in case any servers go down, critical errors occur or a bug needs fixed ASAP, and then my main desktop machine. All the machines are setup with all sorts of management software, and of course Visual Studio and Eclipse. The problem with having all these computers is having access to my data at all times. What I have been trying to find is some software that will basically replicate all my data (that I choose to replicate of course) all the time. All of my computers are connected to the internet AT ALL TIMES so that won't be an issue. I just need a solution that either auto syncs my data, or that I have to tell to sync, that way I can work on say a Visual Studio project on my laptop, and then get home, and the files are sitting on my desktop so I can code of my desktop. Any suggestions to any good software? I have my own servers that I would like to run this software on, that is where I am having trouble finding a solution for. Should I be looking into these 'Private Cloud' services? Any help, suggestions, or prods in the right direction would be awesome.

If you are refering to Team Foundation Server, that only is for Visual Studio. I am wanting to be able to replicate more than just my Visual Studio projects. I would also like to replicate My Documents, my Desktop, so picture and music folders ect.

I wrote my own sync manager using Microsoft Sync Framework - there was a lot that I had to do to work around the inadequacies in the sample code, but I learned a hell of a lot about it when I'd finished it and it is faster than the SyncToy (but you might be happy with the performance of SyncToy).

You can put more than just code into TFS. The designers where I work, for example, put image files and video files in TFS.

I am messing around with this one right now. The only thing I am not really liking so far is the need for a VPN connection to do the syncing with my servers, but this looks like it will do. Thank you very much.
