5'd, bookmarked and read for use in my VB X| lectures (as a Spot the errors exercise naturally :-))

Got my 5  Cluttering up the source code with lots of comments explaining what the code is trying to do is distracting and slows down the compiler. That’s why abject shops that follow “best practices” keep documentation in a document management system where programmers can’t accidentally delete it.

Too funny. Unfortunately, I've used Abject Oriented programming methods. Those are the practices I'm ashamed to tell anyone about and give me uncontrollable urges to vomit when I reread some of my old, old FORTRAN code! Abject programming is especially wonderful when combined with team programming and agile methods.

My new job serves me great platters of Abject Oriented code every morning. Then there's the data... :~

"That’s why some programmers use Visual Basic and others use VBScript — it’s all about choice." Now there's a wise programmer I can't wait to hire!

I think my previous co-worker based his programming methodology on that article...

At last! $0 years of expert programming vindicated. I've been doing things the right way after all...

I've been inspired to fully implement the Abject-Oriented Technology in my next project.

there are better techniques available now. ------------- I hate it when people qualify some code based on number of lines of code.
Where? You can't beat Abject!
