My fans are pretty loud too. Fortunately I'm that age you don't hear them so well any more ;) Cheers

Team Code Project is gonna overtake IBM[^] on F@H[^] We could use some help from the rest of the crowd here to not be overrun by teams with silly names like "Geeks of PC"!

Unfortunately, f@h no longer works on ubuntu since 10.x, so I haven't been folding. I was in the top 10 for team code project, but it looks like I have slipped to 11 since I stopped. Go Team Code Project!

Your demotion must have been caused by me elbowing past you some time ago. Stop using Ubuntu and come back to the real world :) Cheers

LOL, it seems someone turned on the Big Blue, IBM is not even on the list near CP! Edit: OK, we overtook them, seems the summary list does not show them, but it does show on http://www.xcpus.com/folding/FoldingTeamList.aspx?page=5&sort=0&sortDirection=0[^]

It doesn't show them on the CP page because they're no threat anymore (to team CP). Only possible gains and hazards are shown. In the general team list they still exist. Cheers

what's your cpu load, because you and robertsurtees came out of nowwhere? I see that he's running quite a few clients and you're running 3 to 5. I run at about 75% cpu load 24/7 except when I'm out of town, with usually one client. I have a i7 920, running stock @2.6GHz.

I guess I might as well take this opportunity to point out that I just passed acidhelm to take the number 1 slot just a few hours later. :-D I can thank peterchen for issuing the challange back last April.

I'm running an army of old discarded Pentiums, a couple of Atoms, an i7, a PS3, and my kids GPUs. (Dad, why is Sims 3 running so choppy?).

100% 24/7. I'm running the SMP client on all 8 threads. It doesn't really affect my usual computer activities. Cheers
