Oh dear, what have we come to? Recommended specs: 1GHz processor, 512 MB ram. For a calculator? :omg: [edit]GB -> GHz :-O - OriginalGriff[/edit]

Real men don't use instructions. They are only the manufacturers opinion on how to put the thing together.

Plus 65 Mb for the program. That's one hell of a big calculator!

"Microsoft Mathematics has encountered a problem and needs to close. Send an error report?". Not quite my all time record but pretty close, especially when you consider that I have been out shopping since first trying it.

Hmmm... I just installed the Win 7/64 version, but without the Aero goodness, and everything above the workspace turns black against the desktop. If I open it over a running app, then the top bit is totally transparent - like - no menu or ribbon. X| Verdict - needs more work. :suss:

I just asked it to do a simple spherical plot, then a cylindrical one - BOOM. Just did it again but this time cylindrical then spherical.
