Alexa.com says "Codeproject.com's users are disproportionately male, and they tend to be low-income, childless people under the age of 35 who browse from work and school" :-\ . This seems correct but the terminology used is somewat funny. Besides I have been using CodeProject.com's help for my AspNet Project which is almost over. So. i am giving first invites to the CP's members hotzspace.com[hotzspace] If on CP if anybody finds some useful & needful design changing remarks then is welcome to let me know. :-O

They never asked me! Nobody has ever asked about my salary level, child status, etc., etc. in relation to Codeproject Even if they did, I would probably be polite but uninformative. Methinks Alexa.com make up statistics...

Real men don't use instructions. They are only the manufacturers opinion on how to put the thing together.

I'm 36, Married, Parent, low income due to wife and child otherwise would be reasonably high

It seems most of the users in the Soapbox2.0 are earning good, and are professionals in their programming fields (i.e. technologies and languages...etc) , but still i think for majority of traffic is newcomers in computers field that's why they use CP resources, and after all these resources are free, this proves the income level of most of the users. (don't take me wrong :-D ) but another reason could be that CP is more organised hub of information than other sites. :-O

Interestingly, it also says that relative to the general internet population that those without college and those with some college are under-represented while those with a college degree and those with a graduate degree are over represented. So, it they're saying that we're low-income, then does that mean that the site assumes that those without a college education make more than those with a graduate degree? How do they determine that we're low-income?

Ah...I found out where they're getting their statistics. It's by people installing their toolbar. Then, when you visit a site, it records it. So, all it's really saying is that low-income, childless men are disproportionately installing their toolbar.
