Somehow, your reply has reminded me that there are people in life worse off than me, so thanks for cheering me up. If you would only go to a psychiatrist and take your meds, you might be able to function in society.

Sounds like she needs another prescription or two. You are a moron, don't you realize you are killing your wife by letting her take all those meds. I guess that doesn't matter to you since you are in Dallas banging some whores.

The guy's wife is in hospital! Give it a break and show some sympathy. Or at least wait until she is out of hospital before offering advice in a friendly manner.

They are obviously not working, I would rush back to the Psychiatrist, the evidence of your problems are showing again.

So, my wife is diabetic and does bugger all about it. She is on more meds than my 80 year old grandmother who has dementia. She changed her meds recently, and found she had no sense of taste. The doctors said she just has to live with it, and she HAS been losing weight b/c she can't taste things anyhow. So, I am in Dallas right now. I go home on Sunday, meaning I get home on Tuesday. I get an email that Donna is going to hospital as she can't feel or move her mouth. My 14 yo daughter was my conduit of information, so it was sketchy. I finally got her on the phone, she said she was fine, I went to bed. I got up to emails saying that they tested for blood clots, that I needed to call home when I got them, and that she has been admitted. They have my email, and it's 1 am, so I won't call until 6 or 7, their time, it won't change anything to wake someone up in the middle of the night, but it's frustrating.

Don't you think he is worried enough about his wife without you inventing a health scare just for him? If you can't play nice, get back in your box.

Last night? I'm confused.... I thought they did that on a daily basis. You'd think he'd be used to that by now.

Last night was the state of the union address.

Man, I hope she get's alright soon. And yes, it is frustating to see how many pills you need to take, no thinking on the syringes X| , I'm diabetic too (and afraid of needles!). I don't know the exact situation of your wife but, I think, the best you can do is supporting her, with her diet, with her pills, at least for me it was difficult to get the idea and at first I didn't control it, so i ended up with high blood pressure, lost sensivity on my feet and being always in bad mood, but my wife has always been there reminding me of the good things we have, our children a ourselves and that you need to fight for it, as nothing is granted and nothing is deserved in this life, it's always a fight, but man does it really worths it!
