Yeah, its silly english. Actually, since the internet is fundamentally an IP network (and much of that over ethernet) do they actually teach the programming of computers to support ethernt cards? (ie, 802.11 kernel NDIS drivers?) 'Cos if they dont they really have missed the point!

It wasn't really colour, but buff paper with a red seal, nice and official looking. I did however get another diploma at the same time, for COBOL, incidentally, that is still in bright, full colour. Both were in 1996 by the way.
