WPF is one of technologies I've stayed away from so I don't know if it is really broken or not, but some people believe there needs to be a dedicated web site[^] to advocate fixing WPF.

      Website says:

Total number of hours wasted on bugs / work-arounds in WPF: 000 hours 000 minutes 000 seconds.

      Well that's a relief!

      Website says:

Ubiquity is important but so is the way in which it is measured along with research and information data that help underpin the pros and cons of the ubiquity discussion.

I think somebody in marketing wrote that sentence.

Strange they have a bug on the page then.... Statistics, "230,221,11 new computers around the world have .NET installed today" Now, do we not usually do digit groups in three's or is that just a random ",11" at the end :)

The site isn't saying that WPF is broken (parts of it are) but that's not what the site is about. The aim of the site is to try to get Microsoft to, once and for all, actually pull together a clear and coherent plan for developing a new version of WPF/Silverlight/HTML 5/MS Dodgy Wiener, and then stick to it. The FixWPF tag is there because it's a visible sign of how MS's commitment to knee jerk politics - with the emphasis on the jerk - and the mass condescension to the people who actually have to use their crap, is costing them. If you read this[^] post, and then this[^] reply, you'll get an idea of what it's about.
