Call stack window disappeared

My call stack window disappeared and it's not listed in the Debug->Windows menu. The Call Stack button (CTRL + D, C) is also disabled. Someone knows how to re-add it ? Thanks Nathalie I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 NET 3.5 and Resharper 4.5

You should have just edited your original question and added [SOLVED] to the front of the subject and added any comment you wanted into the body. Also your response is flagged as an Answer, and should really just be flagged as General. Cheers,
