Probably Australia  The poster doesn't give his location (other than Dr. Evil's Lair :-)). The tech support person in question was actually a girl, as well. Hats off to her - no way I would've gone anywhere near that box!

Holy crap, Batman! I was going to guess the power supply, but I would have never guessed that there was a snake in it! Wow, that's quite possibly the most amazing thing I've ever seen wrong with a computer. Well, there was this one time when we chopped a 486 up and slid it under somebody's door (case and all). Friday the 13th is a day I love. My brother was born on Friday 13th May 1977  To further prove my theory, it should be noted that my brother is the luckiest person I have ever come across. For some reason, he's just one of those people who always land with their bum in the butter. :)

Yumm. Crispy snake. Time to get out the horseradish mustard. The "hissing noises" clued me in I think, coupled with the crackling noises and smoke the next day! Although, there is something staged about these pictures. Your turn--what's cluing me in to the "canned" nature of these photos? Marc Help! I'm an AI running around in someone's f*cked up universe simulator.
