A jedi would ask "e-mail send it how?" [it's a joke everyone knows that jedis use the CP forums]

I have a few Arab and Indian friends and this is I have heard them ask questions: Indian friends: "How to send e-mail?" Arab friends: "You send the e-mail how?" Initially it used to mess with my mind but now, I find myself asking questions the same way. NB.I am not a native speaker myself.

What do you do with this thing you call e-mail? Do I eat it?

Canadian friends: "How do you send e-mail Eh?"

It was broke, so I fixed it.

Some of the bathrooms at work have a sign that contains illustrations labeled: How to handwash? How to handrub? Every time I see one, I want to mark it up with a red pen like an English teacher taking points off for bad grammar.

There are road signs that say, "Share the road. It is the law" ... and I am left thinking, "The road is the law".. i.e ask yourself what the "it" is?

The proper way of asking is, "The e-mail, you do with it what?"

You petty idiot! People are just trying to communicate with you in English and you are acting like you are French!

I used to spend a good bit of time in Quebec. When they started talking French to me, I'd either just stand there and look stupid, or tell them I wasn't from Louisiana.

If Barney Frank eats a fruitcake, is it cannibalism?

I was approaching the I-45 access road in Ennis, TX one day, on a side street. There was a sign post. The top sign on the post was a "One Way" sign pointing to the right. Below it was a yellow sign with a double arrow indicating 2-way traffic. I hate getting mixed messages.

If Barney Frank eats a fruitcake, is it cannibalism?
