It's Qt (not QT). It is also outdated, looks horrible (both the code and the resulting UI) and is broken (not exception safe). Other than that, it is great ;P

What still does not convince me is the use of this moc compiler... I guess they could have used some observer or listener pattern, perhaps... still, a great platform!
