Part of me hopes they sue Hardold Campest & his snakeoil religion emporium out of existance, part of me is angry at them for being so gullible. They deserve everything they got for being so stupid as to believe anything said at all in regards to religion. If they are so dim as to think that religion is for real then let's hope the ensuing poverty makes them realise how it is that the stupid and gullible are captured by these cults (All Religions are Cults).

As I understood it, those who dedicate themselves to spreading the word would be 'taken up', the rest left for apocalyptic gruel. With that in mind (and believing there will shortly be no need for money), giving to the poor actually does not make sense. The thing is, these types of people can be convince to "drink the Kool-Aid" and also, to distribute it to others. I find it comforting not living anywhere near a church.

Terminal stupidity is not the same a s ADHD, I have no compunction mocking any idiot who would believe this evangelistic twat, he even has a track record and they STILL believe him. I have a low opinion of any religion and this guy epitomises the reason for that.

Although I love being confrontational toward "Organized Religion" and "bible thumping freaks of nature", I do know some great Christians and Muslims who are really awesome people. I think what makes them great people is that they don't force their beliefs on people and they are not fanatical in their thinking. I think the key word in all of this is "fanatic". Whether it be Islam, Christianity, or the tooth fairy, if you are a fanatic then you are wrong.

DD there are a number of things I disagree with you on, tattooing, drinking, excel, but on this I have to whole heartedly agree. Religion, pick a flavour, believers are all gullible idiots IMNSHO.

Having one blind spot (religion) does not make you a total idiot. What I find amazing is that some of the most respected minds I have run across (even here on CP) have this weird blind spot when it come to religion, still each to his own.
