It means she herself doesn't know what she means. All she knows is she feels compelled to move on, but she still has feelings. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

I'd say she's telling you she wants to cease all access to her trouser area, but to stay on friendly terms. But, women are confusing, don't ask a bunch of geeks to decode, ask her for clarification.

It only matters to you if you are "in love" with her. I know from my personal experience that if a woman says that she is not "in love" with you that usually means she doesn't want anything intimate from you and she has probably been thinking about a way out of your relationship for sometime. Women think with their hearts and men think with their clicks.
