Here it is: a request for the Ultimate Tool, hot off the presses of Q&A: "Can anyone suggest any tool currently that can be used to develop business application? I have huge understanding of business and would prefer to concentrate on the business than working on the details of the technology. I prefer to let the tool generate all the user interface, either web based or windows based and business rules. All the database and all the processing. Preferably, the tool is easy to use, generate C# codes." Don't believe me? Tool for Business Application Development[^]

Any tool that had to balance the competing requirements of business users will end up schizophrenic.

I don't see anything wrong with this request. I have special, top secret tool from Hong Kong that takes in Word document business rules and then writes the application for me. I have never "actually" coded anything in my life. It works in any language and is platform independent. Again, I don't see what the fuss is all about.
