ASP.NET 4.0 Hosting

OK, I know this has probably been asked before but.... Can someone recommend a decent ASP 4.0 hosting provider? It seems I'm constantly running into either horrible customer service or horrible reliability. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest, just reasonable but GOOD. I've already given up on webhost4life (unreliable) and arvixe (terrible customer service). Oh yeah, and someone who doesn't kill you on databases too. Many only include 1 SQL Server DB and charge extra for more. I host many domains and SQL Server DBs so this is important to me.

I've used GoDaddy before, and helped several friends set up sites with them. What little support I've needed was quick and reasonably professional, and I've never had any problems with low-volume web sites. I've never set up commercial sites, though, and I've never done anything involving a lot of Sql databases, either, so my experience may not help you.

I have never used these people, but it's from OrcsWeb[^], who provide high end dedicated/managed hosting: Cytanium[^] They do charge extra per database, though.

I've got a number of sites set up on Hostek.com[^] They are very reasonable and handle anything from shared to VPS to dedicated for Linux and Windows. Their service is fantastic and they have always responded quickly and fully to any requests or problems.

I'm contemplating going with PremiumReseller.com VPS hosting so I can finally have full control of my server. Can anyone give me feedback on how their service rates?

Discountasp.net I've hosted at least one site there for at least 7 years now, maybe longer. No problems, although their web email is useless (as are most free offerings from hosting providers). We just point mail at Google Apps and move along with business. For a while they were not offering MySQL but I believe it's back in the lineup as of this spring.

If you're hosting multiple sites and charge clients individually, Rackspace Cloud Sites is a good option. They used to have 24/7 support for your clients as well which was awesome, but they ditched that recently. Even without that, though, they're the best one I've been with (out of 5 others). I host 10 sites with them right now and will be adding a few more over the next month. It's easy to setup new clients and add sites for each one. You can setup your own hosting plans and have Rackspace bill your clients monthly, collect the cash and deposit it into your US based bank account. Their support has been speedy so far (I've been with them for 8 months or so). I'm happy with them - they're the first one I've been with that understand how hosting on behalf of multiple clients, some with multiple sites, should work. Cheers, Drew.
