Is this one of those browser war threads? I'm opting for Opera!

Excuse me for my improper grammar and typos. It's because English is my primary language, not my first language. My first languages are C# and Java. VB, ASP, JS, PHP and SQL are my second language. Indonesian came as my third language. My fourth language? I'm still creating it, I'll let you know when it's done! :-D

Chrome is your answer. I abandoned Firefox after having used it for ten years.

Ditto here. Chrome is a lot snappier. Firefox looks like going down the spiral now.

My office box is i7 4 core running at 2.67 Ghz with 6 GB RAM. I run Weven64 and am pretty happy. I just noticed however that it was running more like a 286. The phrase 'fast as a sumo' springs to mind. So I had a look at task manager and apart from some VM's taking up a few GB of memory there was nothing out of order except for Firefox. It was using over 4 GB of memory. I closed ~10 pages and it was still over 3MB. Then I closed it and reopened, then clicked the old re-open last session doo-dah. Memory is now a respectable 100MB; me thinks it's leaking like a day old nappy.

On a sadder note, Firefox 6 is also completely broken... F5 or click refresh, does not really refresh any more, you need Ctrl + F5. What it does though on it's normal refresh, is shocking, and violates probably 100 HTTP rules. Dont believe me? Try it @ http://eval.ironscheme.net/[^]. 1. Open site. 2. Click 'Load snippet' 3. Click 'Run' 4. Click Refresh or F5 Didn't expect that, did you? Now try it in every other browser you can find.

:thumbsup: I thought Firefox was the greatest because it wasn't IE. Then I tried Chrome and I haven't looked back.

I was considering a very rude joke about not wearing gloves whilst using miracle grow and smurfs, but have decided against it.

Not even theoretically possible, given that the standard hasn't been finished yet, and likely won't be for several more years.
