The deadly gas was CO2 leaking from the pop machine[^]. original thread.[^]

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. How can that possibly be; "Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. But there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas." -Rep. Michelle Bachmann, April, 2009

I thought there was an odor? Isn't CO2 odorless?

To be fair, CO2 isn't nearly as harmful as Michelle Bachmann :-D

CO2 is deadly. Evern seen the volcanic craters, full of CO2, that become death pits for animals that accidentally wander in?
