A few pointers: This forum is for people pointing out free tools, not for asking questions in. Starting with Sir could be construed as sexist. Some of our finest minds are female, it doesn't pay to alienate them. You say desktop application, but what desktop technology are you using? If you have a particular menu style in mind, why not post a link to a picture of it to give people an idea of what you are trying to achieve. Classic means different things to different people.
