No WinDes with .NET beta 2?

I just installed .NET Beta 2 on Win ME (waiting for win 2k...), and it seems there is no beta 2 equivalent of the windes tool which came with beta 1. How do I make forms? Sit down with a graph paper and plot it out? Or am I just being a big ignoramus? I found this tool called winres, but apparently I cannot make new forms with it... Here in India, we have stupid laws which almost prohibit me to get the VS.NET beta 2 CD. Any other options? "A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one." - Senator Palpatine
