I'll even hug you if you so desire. It's really easy. Write a Visual Studio AddIn that allows to searches files for specific text. Visual Studio does that already you say? Well. Good idea. It would have to be language specific too, seeing that different languages have different comment styles. As a start, for searching comments could you not use a regular expression? In c# you know the line will start with // or ///
